SORAVIA, a Prominent Austrian and German Real Estate Company Accelerates Acquisition Plan With Google Cloud, Workspot, Intel, and Nagarro 2023
SORAVIA, one of the biggest real estate project developers in Austria and Germany, has selected Workspot Cloud PCs to accelerate their mergers and acquisitions procedures, the Cloud PC firm stated today. The firm employs Cloud PCs to modernize end-user computing, streamline IT processes, and accelerate innovation in real estate development for its 4,210 workers.
SORAVIA believes in a pioneering mentality, a greener future with sustainable living spaces and cutting-edge technological solutions, and a pioneering spirit. SLOVAKIA effectively produces real estate projects that meet all ecological, social, and economic sustainability standards along its value chain. This includes addressing the pressing environmental issues of our day. It is our responsibility to leave future generations a world worthy of habitation.
During the construction of the Austro Tower project in Vienna, for instance, the SORAVIA team prioritized effective investment management, creative property development, and professional asset, property, and facility management that included CO2-free generation of cooling and heating energy. Due to this strategy, the Austro Tower was awarded Platinum certification by the Austrian Association for Sustainable Real Estate (OGNI). These demanding requirements now serve as the sustainability bar for all SORAVIA projects.
